Acceptable payment methods are Personal Checks, PayPal friends and family, Venmo or Cash app.
Your first and your last months rent are due upon moving in. After the 2 months, you will transfer to a month to month lease.
Pricing is prorated at the start of your stay. You will pay based on your commitment rate and the remaining days of the month you move in.
30 days notice are required from the first of the month. With 30 days notice, your payment was collected on the front end when moving in. If you fail to provide 30 days notice, you will forfeit the months rent. We don’t provide prorated rent on your last month as it is too difficult to fill the room for half the month after you move out.
